• A semi-rigid flexible hoop that is set into motion with a hand crank at one end; another student holds the other end
• The hand crank has total control and can turn the Egg Beater™ slowly for standard double bounce jumping, speed it up for single bounce or double dutch jumping, or can be adjusted to match the jumper’s jump
• The jumper can also be bumped by the hoop lightly and continue jumping - the hoop can’t tangle like a jump rope
